Meet our pastors
Robe and Meima are highschool sweethearts who were both born and raised in Boston Massachusetts. Having met in a youth group, they both have been in love and serving in ministry since they were teenagers. Today they have been married for 10 years, and together have 3 children, Robyn (7), Jamie (5) and RJ (3).
In their 17 years together Robe and Meima have managed to acquire their masters degree from Boston College. Roberson received a double bachelors degree from BC in Communications and Theology followed by a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Meima received a bachelors in Public Health from UMASS Lowell and a masters in Education from Boston College. For five years they served as Directors of Operation Make A Difference Inc, a non profit parachurch organization that supported and resourced youth and young adult ministries in New England. In 2017 Robe and Meima answered the call to join Jubilee Christian Church as the Youth and Young Adult Pastors. In the 8 years of serving at Jubilee Robe has also served as Creative Pastor and most recently Executive Pastor. Meima has also served as Operations Pastor. Together they functioned as Campus Pastors for Jubilees Stoughton Campus in 2023.
In January 2024 The Pierres felt the call of God to plant Freedom City Church in Hartford Connecticut. After much prayer and counsel, they are excited to embark on this new journey. Robe and Meima are very excited to serve the people of Greater Hartford by empowering them to live in Gods’ FREEDOM.

Our lives will never make sense until we discover our God given purpose. When you discover your true gifts you can use them to serve others, and that is life changing.
Make a Difference
Freedom is found in the changes we make.
This is God’s ultimate plan for our life–to make a difference in the lives of others. When we do, the Bible tells us we will experience joy.
