Will my kids enjoy their experience?
At Freedom Kids, we believe in building the next generation. Every service experience is tailor-made to reach your child at their level. Not only will they have fun, but they will learn the fundamentals of the Christian faith.
Upon arrival you will be able to check in your child at the Freedom Kids station. Your child will then be led to their classroom and taken care of by background-checked volunteers.
What will the service times be?
The service times for will be 9 AM & 11 AM. We can’t wait to see you there!
Will there be parking?
Yes. Parking is available for free at the garage connected to the CREC Performing Arts Theater.
How can I grow and get connected?
Growth Track
There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending our Growth Track which will help you get a better understanding of the church and will also help you understand how your gifts can make a difference. The Growth Track occurs after each service.
Groups
Groups are another great way to find your fit and meet people. Groups happen throughout the week in various places around the greater Hartford area and virtually. In Groups, you can meet people with common interests, build your faith and grow. Groups are launching fall of 2025.

In order to live in freedom we must know God for ourselves. Whether you’re new to the faith, have questions, or have been a Christ follower for a long time, our services will be a safe place to learn more about what it means to know God and grow closer to Him.

At Freedom City you will not do life alone, you will be encouraged to partake in a community that will quickly become family.

Our lives will never make sense until we discover our God given purpose. When you discover your true gifts you can use them to serve others, and that is life changing.

Freedom is found in the changes we make.
This is God’s ultimate plan for our life–to make a difference in the lives of others. When we do, the Bible tells us we will experience joy.
OUR PASTORS.
Robe and Meima are highschool sweethearts who were both born and raised in Boston Massachusetts. Having met in a youth group, they both have been in love and serving in ministry since they were teenagers. Today they have been married for 10 years, and together have 3 children, Robyn (7), Jamie (5) and RJ (3).
In their 17 years together Robe and Meima have managed to acquire their masters degree from Boston College. Roberson received a double bachelors degree from BC in Communications and Theology followed by a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Meima received a bachelors in Public Health from UMASS Lowell and a masters in Education from Boston College. For five years they served as Directors of Operation Make A Difference Inc, a non profit parachurch organization that supported and resourced youth and young adult ministries in New England. In 2017 Robe and Meima answered the call to join Jubilee Christian Church as the Youth and Young Adult Pastors. In the 8 years of serving at Jubilee Robe has also served as Creative Pastor and most recently Executive Pastor. Meima has also served as Operations Pastor. Together they functioned as Campus Pastors for Jubilees Stoughton Campus in 2023.
In January 2024 The Pierres felt the call of God to plant Freedom City Church in Hartford Connecticut. After much prayer and counsel, they are excited to embark on this new journey. Now equipped and empowered by everything they’ve learned through their experience, Robe and Meima are very excited to serve the people of Greater Hartford by empowering them to live in Gods’ FREEDOM.
